	Family Friendly- Recommended tour for children/families
	Flat Surface- May require a leisurely walk over primarily even surfaces. Some cobblestones, steps, high curbs and/or standing. Average physical ability recommended.

The Dolphin Encounter is designed for those who would prefer their tour to be on "solid ground".

This unique interactive programs allows participants to learn more about these marvelous mammal while standing waist deep on a submerged platform in our specially designed educational pool. Accompanied by the trainer, small groups of guests have the opportunity to examine and study the dolphin's physical characteristics. Dolphins are as curious about us as we are about them and they will offer their sleek, graceful bodies to be stroked and gently petted. After this introduction, the dolphin will shake your hand and give you a friendly kiss!

The strong relationship that our trainers have with the dolphins allows you to experience, up close, the intelligence and physical abilities of these fascinating animals.

Additional Information

You should wear your bathing suit under your clothes as there is limited changing facilites on site.
Please do not wear sunscreen as it is damaging to the dolphins.
Guests are required to take a shower before entering the swim area. All jewelry must be removed. Flotation devices must be worn during the swim.
*Important: To participate you must be at least 4.5 ft tall, but very young children aged 1 to 3 may be held by their parents free of charge. All children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
