During Whale Watching season the Bloodhound operates the Whales and Sails tours.

Join the Bloodhound as it sails to Marietas Islands. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming at the Islands and also at a secluded beach.

The Bloodhound is a hand-crafted 98 foot wooden sail boat. Written up in many sailing magazines, the Bloodhound has been deemed by many as "The nicest wooden boat afloat."

The building of this yacht was completed in 1994 and is an exact replica of the famous Scottish-built racing yacht 'Bloodhound' built in 1874.

The Bay of Banderas is rich in marine life; during the journey, you are bound to see any combination of dolphins, giant mantas, turtles, and tropical fish. The guides and crew will also share their extensive knowledge about the bay and it's inhabitants.

Your day will start out with fresh juices and coffee, whole wheat cinnamon rolls. lunch and beverages - sandwich, soda, chips, and fruit.

Additional Information

During the months of September and October the Bloodhound will only be accepting reservations from groups of 10 or more.

Bring: Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat or cap, and sunglasses.

Children under 5 years of age are free, but must be reserved here.
