A food that I love but seldom order because it is too easy to make a muck of it -- sweetbreads. I decided to give Trio's chefs a try. It was superb. I have had this dish in fine NY restaurants like Lutece and in small special restaurants in Lyon, France. I have never had better than Trio's. The entres we tried were both excellent as well and showed the chefs knew how to accent the best of the foods selected. We've eaten there twice and will certainly go back.

We just returned from Mexico. Our last dinner was at Trio's! The food was delicious, as were the drinks, desserts, and service. I had the prawns (lots!) and my husband had the bass. We highly recommend this restaurant--you won't be disappointed!

Some might say Cafe des Artist is the best. By far this is better. Every dish on the menu is excellent. Service is wonderful. You can’t ask for much more.

We dined at Trio which came highly recommended. However, every single item brought to our table, and we were 6 persons, was mediocre at best. All 6 of us were highly disappointed. The atmosphere however was very nice. But I can not recommend the cuisine.

Excellent service and great food! We found this place on our 2nd trip to PV. Plan on visiting it again on our 3rd trip in 2007.
