You have to try the chipotle mushrooms. The burgers, ribs, tacos and burritos are awesome. Extremely funny and friendly servers. We met the owner on the airplane on the way in to the city. He was a down to earth, fun guy. That made us decide to seek out No Names while in Puerto Vallarta. We are sure glad we did. It was American enough to be familiar; however it was Mexican enough to be authentic.

A must stop for us in PV!

We first stopped in to this very neighborhood feeling bar on our first trip to PV in 2001. We try to make at least two trips a year to PV and no name is always on our must visit...mainly because my wife...a very selective eater...loves their plain grilled shrimp...no oil, etc...and their ribs are the best you'll find this side of Memphis! So check this one out when you are looking for refreshments on the Malecon!

Happened on this restaurant by chance while walking in Puerto Vallarta, great service, great food and great view. What more can we say. Loved it so much we bought an apt so we can return anytime, and not miss a single Flames Hockey game... see you in Jan 08.

Daytona 500

We were in Puerto Vallarta last week, Feb 13 - 20/07. Being a huge Nascar fan, I had to find a place to watch the Daytona 500. The No Name Cafe had been mentioned to us the day before, and while in town on the Sat, we saw it. What a great place.

We headed into town on Feb 18 for the Daytona 500, going to the No Name Cafe. After having a scrumptious lunch, try the fries, we headed upstairs to watch the race with at least 50 other crazy Nascar fans. Our service upstairs was impecable. The waiter was right beside me before I even knew he was there. On top of everything, making sure that everyone was having a good time. The owner, a fellow Canadian, from Calgary, was always right there, making sure that nobody wanted to for anything. We are very impressed with the No Name Cafe, and when we return again next year, we will certainly be gong there. Hi to Debbie from Washington, 20 Tony Stewart fan, oh well, no one is perfect. Hehe. Keep up the good work!!!

My wife and I have been to Puerto Vallarta at least four times. We have eaten lunch at NO Name Cafe twice. The staff have always been extremely friendly (and speak perfect english) and they have the best burgers I have had in PV.
