By Far this is the worst service of Nikki Beach The owners should go and see how bad is the service and the managers

I Loved Nikki Beach I went on 12/06. I went on a cruise and My waitress on the ship reccomened Nikki beach to us, and I'm glad she did it was AWSOME! I have been to Puerto Vallarta a million times and I have never been there=( but I now found my new resort when I vacation over there. We dident have a chance to eat cause when we arrived we were still full from tacos, but the cocktails and guacamole with chips were really good. The beach is very private which is a good thing if you dont want to be botherd by any one, the sunset and water are beautiful, you also get a good view of all the ships. We rented a private gazeboo where the waiters give excellent service towels are included. I also got a massage and the massuse came to me! For more privacy you can close the curtins, you also have the option of renting a big bed on the beach with pillows or a look alike bungalo. It may be a bit pricey for some people but well worth it.
