We find this little sister of the River Cafe to be excellent in its own manner. The menu features recipes from various parts of Mexico, a mixture of flavors and textures. The setting is a lovely inner garden with art and plants. Staff is professional and attentive. We recommend this place highly!

We've been to PV every year for the past 10 and are always on the lookout for new restaurants. We took another couple with us to Mestizo last year and it quickly became one of our "not-to-miss" restaurants. Beautiful courtyard setting, wonderful food, and excellent service. Can't wait to go back in February. The flaming coffee/dessert service was an added treat.

This is a wonderful romantic find. Clear night, stars in the sky, no roof over the restaurant.
You feel and are in an intimate patio, away from all the busy urban noise. Danny and his crew are working hard to create some excellent dishes. Shrimp bisque - fantastic, Mahi Mahi - fresh and cooked to perfection, Desert - we'll let the belt out a couple of notches.

Will come here every year!! The food is tremendous with the atmosphere and service just great. Don't be afraid to try something different....the goat is fabulous!!!

My friends and I came here for Restaurant Week and were just blown away by the incredible food, great ambience, and amazing service. Everything we ordered was sublime. The martinis were spot on, the waitstaff friendly and very attentive. Too bad they're closing for the summer. We look forward to when they reopen in October and would definitely come back as regulars.
