Service and atmoshpere were very good, the food was good, 8 on a scale of 1-10. I would reccomend this place, the live jazz was very enjoyable.

I eat here several times everytime I am in PV. This is probably my favorite restaurant in the world! The understated elegance is beyond compare as is the food and service. Broke our hearts to arrive for Sunday brunch to find it closed - oh well, everyone deserves a day off, I guess! I miss the kitty cats!

Visited this restaurant several times over many years. As one of the founding members of the Santa Barbara/Puerto Vallarta Sister Cities program, I wanted to find places to recommend. Le Bistro certainly was among the top spots. Great food, service and atmosphere. And...if you like music...especially jazz...you will love Le Bistro. Easy to get to. A relatively short walk from the Malecon..then down the stairs from the bridge over the Rio Cuale. If you go to Vallarta, be sure to hit this spot.
