Great Beach Setting

We have been coming to PV 2x/year since '92. We honestly believe that this place survives on it's past reputation and excellent location. Years ago we had wonderful food, but in recent years the food has been very inconsistant. The ambience, music and location can NOT be beat! This is a great place to get drinks at sunset or dessert and after dinner music.

Our group of six was simply amazed by the fresh fish, attentive service and gorgeous sunset. There is nothing like having your feet in the sand while you dine on delicious food.

We recently returned to La Palapa in March and were appalled by the lack of service.
It was so bad that I can't comment on the food because after being seated for 45 minutes all we'd been offered was water.

We left to have dinner elsewhere.

We were very, very, disappointed.
