Description

In Kensao you will be able to visit Japan through its cuisine without leaving Vallarta. With a contemporary ambiance, focused on Oriental decoration, this restaurant presents as its specialty: "Unagi Especial" (eel sushi), "Infinitude Roll" and the "Concha Kensao" (baked seafood on butter). Top notch sushi. On my top 3 sushi restaurants. Also, my wife and I loved the Mexican touch on some of their sushi. For example, the ceviche sushi rolls had us coming back again and again. This role was even perfect for the low carb dieter, as its surrounded by cucumber instead of a ton of rice.

Kensao, in my opinion, is the best sushi restaurant in Vallarta. The food is excellent, however the service is a little slow, there's not a lot of seating and there are about a million choices on the menu. Highly recommended.
