In Kensao you will be able to visit Japan through its cuisine without leaving Vallarta. With a contemporary ambiance, focused on Oriental decoration, this restaurant presents as its specialty: "Unagi Especial" (eel sushi), "Infinitude Roll" and the "Concha Kensao" (baked seafood on butter). For drinking, try "Calpico" (soft rice beverage) and Sake (alcoholic rice beverage). Seat for 80 people, and the place is divided into the main room, terrace and a bar.

Kensao, in my opinion, is the best sushi restaurant in Vallarta. The food is excellent, however the service is a little slow, there's not a lot of seating and there are about a million choices on the menu. Highly recommended.
