On My List This YearRated:![]() by Les from Canada Written 3 years ago | We've heard aobout, walked by it, walked in but never stayed as our travle guests never feel like German. It is a beautiful spot, off the street selcuded form the noise. We will definitely make a go this year.
Looks and smells great. I've not heard any bad reviews from the other sites I've read. |
Different but Rewardingby Steve Barber from USAWritten 4 years ago | This is a great change-of-pace spot when you get tired of Mexican or seafood. True German cuisine, well prepared and tasty, served in a quiet, attractive terrace setting. Prices are moderate. Mike (a Zurich native) is a great host. Other waitstaff are friendly and helpful. Fixed-price buffet on Wed. and Sat., I believe. |
Super!!Rated:![]() by Sherri from USA Written 5 years ago | We loved this small, lovely place! The owner kept her whole staff on until 11PM for ourselves and one other couple. We are from Napa Valley, California and are accustomed to excellent service and fine dining. Cafe A. rivals any restaurant back home. Great service, varied German fare, good quality food, great value. We will be returning to Hacienda Alemana. |
