We just returned from Nuevo Vallarta and we ate at Guido's twice. The first time we had pizza and the baked pasta, both were great. The second time we went there we both had pizza which was excellent. Our server the first trip there was named Francisco (also know among coworkers as "Tequila"). He was one of the most personable servers we have ever had. Overall, we enjoyed every aspect of this establishment! We highly recommend it.

This was a very good place for dining in Nuevo Vallarta!! Great pizza! Great atmosphere! Dined there three times in the week we stayed in NV.

We when with the family...kids and grandparents. Everyone loved their food. Pizza was excellent. Pasta dishes were great. Surprised to have such great italian food in Mexico!

Nov 2007, we visited in the afternoon, and had a late lunch amongst neighbouring construction and dust. We each had a pizza- one seafood, and one special. Both were sub-par. The caesar salad had too much dressing. The service was excellent.

we have been going to the Grand Mayan Palace for the last 4 years and never leave without eating at Guido's at least twice. Everything we have ordered has been great. You can't go wrong here, plus where else do you get entertainment!!

We've been to Paradise Village numerous times and never have tried Guido's until this trip. The pizza is excellent and portions generous. Our green mixed salad was like half a head of lettuce and nicely presented! My husband and I could have shared one salad. The service is friendly and Luisa and Guido were wonderful hosts. You know the food is good when you see Guido himself eating dinner there as we saw for ourselves on his night off.We have found a new favourite restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta!

We ate @ Guidos 4 times on our recent 2 week vacation to Nuevo Vallarta (March 2007). The shrimp, steaks,&pasta were excellent. The pizzas were the best we've ever had! We recommended it to our friends that are going to Nuevo Vallarta next week. We stayed at the Mayan Palace, so it was a nice walk to Guido's. The Owner, Guido sings which adds a nice touch. Geraldo, Guido, and the waiters do an excellent job! Very pleased.

Just got back from PV. Went to Nuevo Vallarta to look around and chose this restaurant specificly from the reviews here. Excellent ambience , the owner sings even. Nice walk or short cab fare from Mayan Palace hotels.Will return.

We ate at Guido’s constantly while we were staying at Ocean Vista in Jan 2006. The food -- especially pizza -- was best we ever tasted. Prices were reasonable and staff fabulous! Have booked Ocean Vista again for Dec 2006 and first stop is Guido’s after getting our keys!
