Chef-owner Gilles LeFort will teach and entertain you during the preparation of your three course meal ($40.00 US, served with wine and paté). LeFort boasts the biggest wine cellar in the area; some 4,000 bottles of whites, reds, and champagne.

The U shaped bar in the kitchen was specially designed for the cooking presentations. The first group of six gets to choose the menu. This is a truly unique experience in the bay area. Chef LeFort and his wife are wonderful hostesses. Cooking classes are available from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.. You must make reservations in advance.

Don't miss this one. We have consistentlty gone with a group of friends and had a wonderful, friendly, pleasant experience. Gilles and Margaurita are excellent host and hostess and the concept is great fun. Wine and pate add to the good food.

Gilles, Margarita, and family made us feel right at home in their kitchen and at their table. They food was superb and the company even better. We'll definitely be back!
