My husband and I were in PV for our honeymoon.. rented a jeep for our last day and accidentally found it.. We were there in July and the water was so cool and refreshing.. we jumped off the tiny cliff on a rope swing..we only had beers but the service was great.. You must go to the zoo...it's amazing as well..

Great Atmosphere

This is a great spot to stop and have lunch, drink several beers, and relax watching cliff divers and kayakers along the river. Food is good, service very good, but the atmosphere is the reason to choose this place.

It Will Make your Day.

What everybody says is the truth. Beautiful peaceful place. The food is great. Seafood, seafood and one more time seafood. Ask for the menu and you will be shown the actual fresh food on the ice, point the finger and you will get it.

On the days when the tourist buses come in it should be very crowded, the other days it looks like real paradise. We were lucky and we were literally alone there, 4 waiters served 2 of us. Do not rush, you will ruin the experience, take a few hours and spend there relaxing. The water is kind of cold (we were there in November) but it was nice after a few cocktails.

The price is reasonable, but not that cheap as shown. We probably ordered the most expensive dish (as it turned out) because we just wanted to try everything – the seafood plate (2 lobsters, 2 crabs, 2 red snappers, 2 pieces of tuna and some shrimp with vegetables) + guacamole + few margaritas and the huge cocktail (coca-loco in the real coconut). To be honest with you it would be more than enough for 4 people. It was $90US (~1000 pesos), but it was well worth it – the best seafood I have had for a long time!

One more thing, you do not have to walk there, $5-10 will get you a taxi one way.
