This was my best meal in Puerto Vallarta. I had Maui Maui prepared in a Tequila cilantro cream sauce. It was delicious! Excellent service! I would recommend Cesare to anyone!

Loved this restaurant. Great soups and salads. Good breakfasts. Meat dishes delicous. Best of all was the services -- sincere, gracious, attentive but not intrusive. Only drawback was traffic noise when sitting in the lovely street-side patio. Highly recommend this place, though. We ate there at least six or seven times during our two week stay.

Cesare's Restaurant serves the best food in all of Puerto Vallarta. While it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner I discovered this Cesare's on my last night in the city and was only able to enjoy their dinner menu.

For dinner I ordered the butterfly shrimp salad and it was fantastic. The meal was light but incredibly tasty. Hands down the freshest seafood I had in Mexico.

My husband ordered the pork and was equally satisfied. The meat was unbelievably tender and the potatoes exceeded expectations.

Cesare's appeared to be family run and the service was wonderful. The restaurant owner welcomed us and also served as chef. All staff were friendly and helpful.

I would strongly recommend Cesare's for Puerto Vallartans and tourists alike. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food and service leave patrons feeling pampered.

Sat outside watching the people and cars go by as we ate a terrific CLUB SANDWICH. Baguette, chicken bacon, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber and sprouts. Very tasty. Very relaxing, even with the traffic.
