This 74 seat gourmet bistro restaurant will offers diners the opportunity to sample the artistry of Chef Thierry Blouet, recognized for his touch of genius in the kitchen. His cuisine consider avant garde category is a result of his love of culinary pleasures and classic experience in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world.

This new restaurant will have an indoors and outdoors area, climatized in a casual elegant atmosphere.

My favourite restaurant on the planet is Cafe Des Artistes in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Having been fortunate to dine there four times it has always taken me away to an extraordinary experience....dining on your own podium, amongst the trees lit with twinkling lights. The food is superb, the service perfect, the evening a memory.

This is a top of the line restaurant, not to be compared with the rest, a classical french restaurant with mexican flavors. The service is very good - though it is better in the downtown PV location. The food is superb. Prices for moderate wines and appetizers with the meal get up to $50-60 per person.
