I am a regular of Baisri. Left LA a few years ago for Puerto Vallarta. One of the things that made me miss home is Thai and Vietnamese food, but not anymore. Thanks Adrian.

This restaurant is simply awesome. We miss it so much. I hope that they are going to open soon.

If you want real and excellent Thai and Vietnamese food, go directly to Baisri and forget other Thai-ish and Thai fusion restaurants.

At Baisri, they grow their own herbs and vegetables (some can only be found in South East Asia), and they never use produces more than 3 days old. Isn't that amazing?

The Pad Thai is by far the best one I ever had, and I had tons of Pad Thai in many places. The sea bass is flawless; the shaking beef is so flavorful and tender. Great and friendly service, and ask for Adrian himself, he will be one of the encounter to remember of your stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The Best Thai in Vallarta

Outstanding in all respects: ambience, freshness and quality of food, and service. A little pricey for Thai food if you're used to paying $6 for Pud Thai back in the US, but you're in Vallarta where you will have to pay extra for good exotic food and so I recommend living it up a little and ordering the excellent sea bass. Always a pleaser. Everything else on the menu is simply delish!

This restaurant is a bit off the beaten path but well worth the hunting. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is excellent. Everyone wants to help you! The food is superior and presented in an imaginative and colorful manner. I highly recommend Bai Sri for a special meal while in PVR.

"A perfect night"

Exquisite food would not begin to describe the experience of our evening at Bai Sri. The most prominent memory is my wife looking across the table at me over 15 times making the statement "this night is perfect!” We have been blessed to have eaten at many fine restaurants around the world over a 25 year marriage. Many of them have been very good and a few have been fabulous but none have motivated us to immediately write a review for others to read who will be visiting Puerto Vallarta. The city offers many fine restaurants with a wide range of cuisines -- if you like Asian cuisine, visit Bai Sri early in your trip because you will very likely want to go back at least once if not many times during your stay. They offer incredible selections -- primarily from Vietnam and Thailand. The food is extremely fresh and simply amazing. (We’re quite familiar with Thai food since we’ve eaten weekly at our favorite Thai restaurant back home for over 15 years). As mentioned, the great food is not the whole of the story. The restaurant is beautifully decorated high atop a hill with an incredible view, reflection pools inside, incredible decor, Asian Gardens -- all in an open-air setting. The service is equally incredible -- we had three waiters tending to our every need -- yet not hovering or interrupting our personal discussions.
