We've been to Paradise Village 3 times and love it!! Will be back again as soon as possible. Some of the food and drink prices are high, so we have a few meals at the mall during our stay to make up for it.
Highly recommend this property!

This year will be our 4th time at Paradise Village. We found it by accident and loved it the moment we arrived. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The hotel is kept up beautifully and you feel and are so safe. The food is excellent and the salsa - to die for. Love the restaurant on the beach. We brought the kids and grandkids last year and they had the best time ever. The rooms are very clean and to have the shopping/grocery store right across the street is the best. I must mention the doctors - right there on site and fix you right up. My husband got really sick our first time in PV eating downtown. He thought it would pass but didn't and ended up in a hospital down town PV. He was very well taken care of by both on site and hospital staff and drs. Not one complaint there. We did learn not to wait and think you will get better, you don't. Go to the dr on site and he'll give you a shot and you are good to go after a day. I had to do that last year. Be sure to bring along some hand sanitizer and use it. You can pick up bugs anywhere and if your stomachs are sensitive it will help keep you from getting sick. We stay for 2 weeks every year and have no desire to go anywhere else. LOVE IT. We'd give it a million stars if we could. We have been to other places in Mexico and my kids have to and all agree there is no place like Paradise.
All places that have time shares want you to buy, if you don't want to just say no thank you but we did and it is well worth it.
Everyone will enjoy this place. Great for all ages and things to do for all ages.

We love to visit Paradise Village... We're unpacked and at the pool relaxing with a pina colada in our hands and calling the office back home in Colorado to let them know we arrived, all within an hour or less from arriving at the airport.

It's an awesome place to relax! The staff take their roles very seriously, with the property manager doing a morning walk to check out every detail of the premises. The staff goes to great detail to make sure your visit is exactly what you expected. The beach, grounds, vegetation and zoo are beautiful. We enjoy the beach food and walks to the mall! The people and and guests are so friendly.

We have taken our grandaughter, and friends with their grandson. The activities for adults and kids are great - and the KidsClub staff are very energetic and fun. Tearing the kids away from the pools and the crocodile slides to do other activities in town is difficult, but we have managed to work in a water taxis across Banderas Bay to the markets, shops, churches and restaurants in Puerta Vallarta, a trip to swim with the dolphins, the pirate ship, and a relaxing one day boat ride to an Island South of Puerta Vallerta. And next trip we're planning to see the tequila factories.

Paradise Village is a resort with something for every age group. El Tigre is a beautiful golf course that is very forgiving, even for beginner and intermediate players. We highly recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in Mexico.

My family and I try to go every year. There is so much to do for everyone including sitting and doing nothing on the beach. The staff is really dedicated to making sure everyone is taken care of and included in any fun that is happening. The facility is wonderful and safe so the younger ones can be off doing their thing while I do mine.

Best place to go by far. My husband and I love it and go every year. Il Pescatore by far has the best food there. The stay is reasonably priced and the staff and all the people are some of the nicest people you'll meet anywhere. They are definitely there to make your stay fantastic

The facility is very nice and well kept. The golf facility is excellent. Two negatives associated with the resort amenities. First the golf facility does not provide for 9 holes. They say at the desk that of course you can play nine holes but the rate is the same as for 18.

Secondly, Their is an excellent tennis facility which is not publicized very well. It is some distance away and is necessary to access by the shuttle bus. The on-site tennis courts are in terrible condition and certainly could use some resurfacing. The on-site organized tennis activities are also very good and should be publicized more.

We have been going to Paradise Village since 1998. We have been to Hawaii, Cancun, Southern United States, Western Canada and we still like Paradise Village the best. What we like most about it is the people. Second to that is the well kepted hotel from the rooms to the beach. Everything is so very clean. The food might not be the best but it isn't the best everywhere you go either. I have had some pretty bad food at the best hotels around.
I would recommend everyone try paradise village. For us it's like going home.

Good Location, Ok rooms, terrible prices

I just got back from paradise village two days ago. I must admit the hotel has great facilities and things to do. The rooms are not great at all, and I dare to say terrible comparing to it's neighboring hotels in Nuevo Vallarta. The food is not good, the activities are mostly very boring, and everything is extremely expensive. The food and beverage costs are even for hotel standards too high, it basically forces you to go out every day to better restaurants with better prices which are plentiful in the area.

Fourteen years ago I came to Paradise Village. That was before the mall, golf course, convention center and the new building by the marina. There were no condos and the next hotel was not right next door. Much of the area had not been developed at that time. The zoo was a bit larger, progress takes space. I was 50 years old and had my 14 year old son with me. I had never been out of the U.S. or been in a plane. That was a year of many firsts. The special thing about that trip was Paradise Village made me feel safe. We could roam around without being afraid. Well, that was many trips ago. I have had 4 of my friends come with me on different trips. one has come for 6 years and we are returning next month. I still like to stay in the original building, it seems more quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a place for families with their young children, as well as the older generation, to feel secure. The location is beautiful, the restaurants are wonderful, the beach setting for meals is relaxing and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the mall has most anything you might want, spa is WONDERFUL, tennis courts right behind the zoo, lovely pools, well stocked grocery store in the mall. What more could you want? As I said, my friend and I are returning next month.
