Just came back from a 7 day stay at Melia and I could not be happier. The staff were extremely nice. My oldest had a birthday while we were there and they did a nice job making her feel special on her special day.



I knew that Melia was a time share and that most of the hotels have some type of time share presentation. When we checked in, we were met by a timeshare person who politely asked if we would be interested in listening to a presentation that would take about 90 minutes. Part of the presentation was even during breakfast. We agreed and knew that we would receive special promotions for attending. It was a very relaxed, no hastle presentation. We received our prizes without any issues which saved us money on swimming with the dolphins, massages and a free city tour.



All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to those with children. The evening show and the childrens mini disco before the show were enjoyable.



If we get an opportunity go back we would definately stay here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Melia with another couple for 7 days in April 2008. The location, facilities, and service is excellent. We had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta and are returning to have our wedding @ Melia May 2009.

IT`S THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD, SO IT`S LIKE A DREAM COMES TRUE.

IT WAS AN UNFORGETABLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY FAMILY, BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL MADE US FEEL LIKE IN HOME.

We spent four days in Melia and loved it. The staff there was very friendly and attentive. The food was wonderful and the drinks were strong. There were a lot of families at Melia. We took our kids (age 1 and 3) and they both had a great time. The activities staff are fun and have all sorts of great things going on throughout the day. The evening shows are not to be missed. We wholeheartedly recommend Melia to anyone. Our stay was wonderful and we can't wait to go back next year.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days in September 2007. The staff provided the best service we have ever encountered. They were pleasant, efficient and very friendly. The hotel room was very clean and the restaurant facilities were above expectations.

We will definately be back.

We came from Australia, and were wary that the hotel may not live up to expectations, it was fabulous, clean, food very good, service was very good, our room over looking the bay was fabulous, the gardens are kept immacutely . We were there in the start of October and so it was nice and quiet. We had a great waiter Francisco in the buffet restaurant, who really looked after us, (maybe too well), we thought we were the karaoke kings after a few of Francisco's tequila shooters...... great place to stay in P.V.

We spent a fantastic fortnight here with out 2 babies - aged 1 and 2. Great service, great location and great sunsets!!
