Description

We are a self-sustaining, ecologically aware project. We want to help to protect our planet and our motto is to reuse, reduce, rethink, renew and recycle.

Of our terrain of 35 thousand square meters only less then 1/3 is construction and the rest is green, nature and gardens. Here you can feel and taste the the colours of Mexico.

We started with our first project in Guadalajara where we have 64 fully furnished apartments for executives for rent. And now we are also in the charming village of Bucerias with 30 houses for rent and sale.

Los Almendros, our first project started in 1989 and Los Arroyos Verdes opened its doors for the first time to clients on September 15, 2009.

Our desire is to serve and to make your stay in Bucerias, the unspoiled and green country an unforgettable.
