The location is great, taxis are plentiful and there are some restaurants and shopping within walking distance. If you are a bit self sufficient, have a rental car, and don't mind driving in Mexico, it's perfect.
The room was very clean and large. We would have preferred a queen size bed but pushed the two doubles together and enjoyed ample sleeping space. The breakfast was good, fresh coffee, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries.
The room is above a fairly busy, residential, cobblestone street and so it did take a night or two to get used to the traffic sounds.
The grounds are lovely and private, the pool is refreshing. A great place to come "home" to! This little hotel is a wonderful alternative to the large complexes that line the ocean front in Puerto Vallarta. |
