Listing Requirements

This listing contract exists exclusively between a developer (an owner, group of owners or representatives of one or more properties or developments). A development is considered to be one or more properties within a close geographical proximity and marketed under one name. If a developer owns several properties or developments, an individual contract must be created for each one.

Listing characteristics

Text and images will be provided and or approved by the developer. Maps will be provided by Vallarta Online. The development will be listed within the Real Estate section at a specific location agreed to by both parties.

  • Photo gallery: up to 20 photos or images with title and caption.
  • Downloadable brochures: up to 10 MB in PDF format. In the case of more than one document, they will be combined in a .ZIP file.
  • Maps: one street and satellite map per development, provided by Vallarta Online.
  • Description: up to 2000 characters.
  • Properties: up to 9 individual properties per development.
  • Contact Information: Phone number and internet link to your website

Terms and Conditions

The editorial staff of Vallarta Online reserves the right to deny a listing request by a developer and where necessary, to require modifications to information provided, as well as of a development

User Comments

User comments are managed exclusively by Vallarta Online. We reserve the right to modify, publish or delete these comments. Developers may request unlimited changes to their listing (within the characteristics mentioned previously) during the duration of the contract.

In the case of cancellation, no reimbursement will be made. A link to your website implies a link back to Vallarta Online. We reserve the right to change the terms of this contract after it expires.
