Description

Flamingos is a completely gated neighbourhood with its own private security fore, and Acqua is a gated community. Whit limited public access and residential-only sites, the beach and roads are assured of a quiet, clean, and litter-free environment. Paved streets, palm-shaded sidewalks, and covenant controls provide a slice of home for that evening stroll or bike ride.

Flamingos is divided in the phases. The Phase 1 will consist of the south wing, housing half the Modules, Lofts, Module Penthouses, Diamonds, and one beachfront Villa.
