Cancellation Policy for Tours

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our office during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Central Standard Time, GMT-06:00. If a refund is due according to our reservation and cancellation policies, the credit card used to make the reservation will be refunded with the corresponding amount.

If you cancel 36 hours before your tour, you will receive a refund, less your credit card administration fee: 5% for Visa or MasterCard and 6% for American Express.

If you cancel less than 36 hours prior to your tour it is considered a "No Show". There are no refunds for 'No Show's. Failure to arrive on time or at the specified departure point, or if you miss the tour completely, are all deemed "No Shows", hence not qualified for a refund .

Your reservation will not be guaranteed until you have received your official confirmation from Vallarta Online.com; this will be sent to you at the email address you provided.

For the three organizations listed below, there is a 50% refund for cancellations received between 24 and 72 hours prior to the tour departure time. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance:
