Are my credit card details safe?When you request a reservation through our shopping cart or through our secure reservation forms, your credit card and personal details are encrypted. Using the secure order forms or shopping cart, which encrypts the data before sending it, means that even if someone did intercept the data, it is practically impossible for them to decipher it. We use Verisign, the leader in digital encryption technologies. 
I don't want to send my credit card information over the internetShopping over the internet is probably safer than paying by credit card at your local gas station. Credit card companies go to great lengths to protect their clients from fraudulent use, as well as we do with our secure, digitally encrypted system. We also understand your hesitation and we will also take your credit card number via fax or telephone. You may contact us at +52 (322) 223 1127 Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM and 4:00PM to 7:00PM How will I be charged when I use my credit card?Since we are located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where the National Currency is the Mexican Peso, we need to convert the total dollar amount being charged into Mexican Pesos and charge the current Peso rate to your credit card. When you receive your statement, you will see your National Currency and its equivalent of the day’s exchange rate in Mexican Pesos. We therefore charge your credit card the amount in Mexican Pesos using the exchange rate on the day your order is processed. This is the current exchange rate, provided by Yahoo. Because of the way credit card processing works and variations between credit card companies, the exchange rate that applies when the charge actually goes through to your account may be quite different. There's not really anything we can do about that, unfortunately. However, exchange rates generally don't vary by that much that quickly. Will I be charged tax?The taxes and credit card fees are already in the total price. The tax for most items in Mexico is between 15-17%. We do this to make it easier for you to know right up front the total price you will be charged in the end. Is there someone I can contact after I have placed my reservation request?Sure!
