Dance, music and literature will join together in one night that promises to become a space for the successful coexistence of three artistic disciplines.
The presentation of the dance choreography will be under the charge of Sandra Soto, who was part of the Ballet "Gineceo", of the University of Guadalajara, the group of Modern Dance of the University Regiomontana and scholarship recipient from the National Fund for Culture and the Arts; in addition she has studied a specialty of the dance genre Butoh, in Japan.
Genaro González, resident songwriter of Vallarta, will support the musical part of the event with the public presentation of four recently created pieces. Members of the municipal literary workshop, with the intent to celebrate the conclusion of the first trimester of the groups work, will present to the Vallartan community a collection of texts produced in this period.
This concentration of dance, music, and literature will take place at the Cultural Center Cuale on Rio Cuale Island May 5 at 8:00 p.m. Admission is free. For more information please call +52 (322) 223-0095.
