New menu in El Arrayan

Already offering one of the most diverse and award-winning menus, El Arrayán is proud to add new and exciting traditional Mexican dishes to their menu for the coming season. Named "Best Mexican" in Vallarta by a landslide for the past two years, El Arrayán strives to continually introduce new options, experiences and flavors to their patrons.

New this season you'll discover a premium quality, 12 oz. Rib Eye Steak marinated in mild aromatic Mexican spices in a plum-orange and 'borracha Tequila' sauce, chipotle shrimp flambéed with raicilla and seasonal citric fruit juices and a family-recipe - Auntie Mela's chicken breast - filled with zucchini blossom and asadero melted cheese, with light Mexican green 'Pipián' sauce. You'll also want to try some of their new signature cocktails including "Mexican Candy".

El Arrayán is proud to not only serve you amazing traditional foods from different regions of Mexico, but also teach you the history of the foods, their origins and stories.
