Open for just a month, cozy Café de Soleil already has regular customers. Enjoy a coffee and fresh made sandwich or salad at one of the four tables or on the couch in the back. The Sandwich Soleil is fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, cheese, and salsa Mexicana on a bagel. The yummy hummus on the Veggie Delight sandwich and wrap is homemade (and the pasta salad is too) and will leave you asking for the recipie. For dessert sample one of their homemade chocolate brownies. Look for the palapa on Calle Constitución.
