With ten years as a coffee supplier, roasting the beans with their own machines. The sacks of coffee are brought directly from their mountain origins and the customer can buy by the kilogram or enjoy this quiet location. The pastries and breads and prepared sandwiches are home made. A cup of espresso costs $15 pesos and 20 pesos $cappuccino. They have magazines, books, board games and the daily newspapers.

With eleven years of history in Puerto Vallarta, the concept of these cafes is "coffee-to-go", although every location has tables and benches for eating in and is always very busy. The coffee beans from Chiapas are organic; free-of fertilizers and chemical pesticides, and everything is done be hand in indigenous communities which are enhanced by the trade of this product. A large Americano coffee is $14 pesos and $20 pesos for a medium cappuccino.
