Canceled: "Fiestas de Mayo"

The municipal government of Puerto Vallarta, has announced that due to the health alert issued by state and federal authorities in connection with the swine influenza virus was determined ultimately cancel the 'Fiestas de Mayo "this year and the presentation of the Italian singer Filippa Giordano scheduled for 09 May was pusponed.
This decision is in response to preventive measures that have been implemented almost throughout the country as a result of the presence of swine influenza virus, forcing authorities to suspend all kinds of public events and shows where mass concentration people.
The municipal government, through the Arts and Culture Branch, had prepared a total of 70 cultural events to develop during the celebrations of May, as massive concerts, exhibitions and a series of activities this year will not be possible
As for the concert Filippa Giordano, who is reportedly set for the new date once it has passed the health alert in the country, so people who already bought their ticket are advised to keep it. |
