Last years Culinary Jam Session was attended by 200 people who dined on a six course meal, created by six of the most well know chefs in the city, all winners of the Five Star Diamond Award from the American Academy of Hospitality Science.
This year guests will once again enjoy the experience of sampling offerings from six of Puerto Vallarta's most popular restaurants in one night. Once again guests will be indulged by Bianco, with their executive chef Laurent Delorme, Los Xitomates with Chef Alejandro Winzer and proprietor Luis Fitch, Trio, with chefs and proprietors Bernhard Güth and Ulf Henfiksson, Café de Artistes and their chef Polo Cortez and chef/owner Thierry Blouet, Kaiser Maximilian with chef Carlos Palomera and proprietor Andreas Rupprechter, La Palapa with chef Claudia Marras. The special guest the evening will be executive chef of the CasaMagna Marriott Fred Ruiz.
Advice from attendees of last years: skip lunch on October 23 and wear clothes that have a little room in them; you will leave with not only a full stomach but a full heart. This year proceeds from the Culinary Jam Session will be donated to AGAPE, Arturo and the sons of God, Becas Vallarta and the San Juan Diego Nursing Home.
Included in the ticket price are the six course menu, wine, and entertainment. A no host bar will also be available. For tickets contact the Concierge at the CasaMagna Marriott.
