 
 Everything is ready for the beginning of the May Musical Festival, an annual event that in its ninth year will have as a guest Spain, a county considered one of the most cultured music centers of Europe. From May 12-17 you can enjoy a diverse musical mosaic, from rock, jazz, electronic, and fusion, along with the participation of music personalities from the guest country.
The festival will begin on May 12 in the Aquiles Serdán Theater in Los Arcos of the Malecón, where the presentations will take place daily starting at 8 o'clock at night. The opening of the event will feature the Xiutla municipal folkloric dance troupe, who will delight those present with a special presentation with a hint of Spain.
For those that cannot attend the musical events, there will be alive transmission via Internet. From seven until eleven o'clock at night and you can enjoy the festival at www.culturavallarta.com.
In this edition, besides the musical events, there will be the artistic exposition "Ritmografía", an engraved collection form the La Raya workshop of the Cultural Center Cuale.
