Jalisco en Vivo 2009

Jalisco is outstanding. And to show the whole world, a group of artists, led by Alejandro Fernández, has decided to offer 2 major free concerts, chorus after chorus, singing to the entire world that Mexico has overcome a difficult time following the health risk due to the swine flu virus. And that it is now more than ready to welcome tourists from any country.

THE CONCERTS

"Jalisco en Vivo 2009" is the title chosen for this unprecedented event headquartered in the cities of Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara. Los Arcos del Malecon in Puerto Vallarta will witnesses this great concert on June 20 at 8:00pm. For its part, La Minerva in Guadalajara will host the concert the following June 27 at 8:00pm. Both concerts will be completely free and people are invited to attend, not only to have fun and listen to artists of international stature, but also to support the cause of attracting tourism to our state.
The presentation stage will certainly be first rate, coupled with a setting that will provide an unparalleled view of the Pacific Ocean at Puerto Vallarta and the gentle breeze emanating from it.

GUEST ARTISTS

A total of 18 artists have been confirmed at the closure of this issue, who will be singing at Jalisco en Vivo 2009: Alejandro Fernandez, Gloria Estefan, Paulina Rubio, Joan Sebastian, Enrique Iglesias, Raul Di Blasio, Aleks Syntek, Luis Fonsi, Reily Barba Polar Leon, Gianmarco, David Bisbal, Noel, Coti, Merche, Belanova, Fanny Lu, Sandoval, Ha-ash, and Paty Cantú José María. Not confirmed the participation of all the artists in both concerts, however, can be expected that much of what they do in Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara.
These concerts are expected to make history, and, in the presence of so many renowned artists, there will be several duets never seen before or likely after, that you do not want to miss for any reason!

COMMITED TO JALISCO

This event was created as an initiative of Mexican singer Alejandro Fernandez, who, along with golfer Lorena Ochoa, the Tourism Ambassador for the State of Jalisco. In the words of the famous interpreter of songs such as "Abrázame", "Loco" and "Como quien pierde una estrellar", to mention only some, "was looking for ways to do something for Mexico to send a positive message to the world. Unfortunately there are many tourists who are putting off visiting Mexico because of the uncertainty about the health scare. Well, it is time to tell the world that Mexico is safe. They can come and enjoy all it has to offer. I invite friends to join artists in macro concerts so that together we can invite the world to visit Mexico. "
Jalisco en Vivo was created with the aim of providing a space for music and fun for Jalisco families. With the purpose of promoting family values, and call on a wide variety of audiences to feel the pride of being part of a state so rich in culture and traditions. Jalisco en Vivo is an inclusive family event that mixes the traditional with the modern in an atmosphere of celebration and joy. But above all, it is intended for everyone, even those of limited economic means, in order that all can enjoy the best artists that Mexico has seen in recent years.
Jalisco is one of the most visited of Mexico and the cradle of the most deeply rooted traditions in Mexico, such as mariachi, tequila, crafts, folk dancing and charreria; Jalisco is opening the doors of its two main attractions: Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta.
