We will contact you via email within 48 hours of receiving your reservation request, either to send your confirmation number, to request supplementary information, or to propose a modification due to availability.
To avoid possible delays processing your reservation request:
Please make sure your credit card company has been notified that you will be using your credit card for a foreign purchase in Mexico through Vallarta Online S.A. de C.V.
For your protection, most credit card companies put a block or a hold on any unexpected International purchases over a pre-determined amount. For this reason, they ask that you notify them when you plan to make purchases outside of your home country.
The total amount, or the deposit amount, will be charged to your credit card after you submit your reservation request. A confirmation of reservation will then be sent to you via email. We will not charge your credit card until we have confirmed availability. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this confirmation.
