Global Players and The Palm welcomes one of Denver Colorado's finest performers, Alex Ryer, for The Edith Piaf Show. Ryer will sing the songs made famous by the sultry voiced Edith Piaf (1915-1963), one of the most beloved singers of France. Piaf enjoyed success both before and during the Second World War and to this day maintains a cult following.
Ryer will also perform songs from American's singer Cole Porter and composer Stephen Sondheim.
Tickets are $200 pesos and a portion of the proceeds benefit M.A.M.I., Mujers Artisitcas por Mujers y Su Iluminación, benefiting programs for women in Puerto Vallarta. Tickets are available in advance or at the door starting one hour before show time.
