This event is an extaordinary display of celebrated dishes prepared by acclaimed Festival Gourmet guests, presented by the Le Cordon Bleu Academy of Culinary Arts.
A cooking demonstration will be presented from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and the US Meat Federation conference will be held from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
