Festival Gourmet

The 11th Annual Festival Gourmet will be celebrated November 10-18 at some of the finest restaurants and hotels in the Banderas Bay area.

For the nightly Chef's Table and Wine Tasting dinners an exquisite six-course menu will be prepared by the invited and local chef at the host restaurant, including appropriate wines for each dish presented by experienced sommeliers. Space is available for only 30 or 40 people, for reservations please contact the restaurant directly.

Guest chef Francis Drillien from the Starwood Los Cabos hotel fuses his unique creativity with exotic flavors to prepare unforgettable dishes. A 20-piece mariachi band and spectacular ice sculptures will also be featured.

Masters from the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française will demonstrate the preparation of unique recipes in the "laboratory" kitchen of the Sheraton Buganvilias hotel, with large projection screens to enhance the live demonstration. Classes are offered with simultaneous English and Spanish translation. Each day features a different menú, and all participants receive a booklet with all the recipes.
