Service
Vallarta Online’s Condo Rental
service is strictly limited to providing a comprehensive listing of available rental
properties. We accept no responsibility for the condition, maintenance, access,
collection or reimbursement of damage deposits associated with any of these properties.
Reservations
Contact owner or property manager directly to reserve and pay.
Cancellations
Only reservations made online
through the Vallarta Online services can be reimbursed online solely by authorization
of the owner of the listing, less a 6% fee.
Access to Unit (Property Manager)
This is a listing service
only. Owners must have a person or agency responsible for the physical management
of your property; (Property Manager) the person who will actually grant access to
the premises. Access to the property and inspections, must be arranged by the owner
of the property.
Damage Deposits
Providing and collecting
keys, Pre and Post possession inspections and collection and/or reimbursement of
Damage Deposits will be arranged by the owner or property manager of the property.
Please note the amount
of the damage deposit you must pay, and the form in which it must be paid. (i.e.:
by credit card, cash, in advance, upon arrival, in whose name, etc.)
Other Fees or Services
This is a rental unit listing
service only. These fees do not include collection of damage deposits or other optional
services available from the owner like sports equipment rental or cable TV or telephone
costs etc. All other fees or services should be listed for the clarity and convenience
of potential clients. All other services or costs will be collected when the renters
are given access to the property and are not the responsibility of Vallarta Online.
OWNERS
Service

Listing Period
All listings are for one
year only. Listings will expire and be removed from this site on the anniversary
of the listing unless a payment is made to renew the listing on or before the anniversary
date.
Payments
Regular Package: The owner is solely responsible for collection of rent.
Under request: Payments may be made online via Vallarta Online using: cash deposit, credit or debit card.
Cancellations
There is no refund for a listing that is cancelled before the anniversary of the listing.

Damage Deposits
Pre and Post possession inspections
and collection of Damage Deposits must be arranged by the owner or property manager
of the property. Please indicate on you listing, the amount of the damage deposit
you will collect, and the form in which it must be paid. (i.e.: by credit card,
cash, in advance, upon arrival, in whose name, etc.) to make any required pre and
post rental condition inspection, and collect and or withhold the predetermined
damage deposit.
Other Fees or Services
This is a rental unit listing
service only. These fees do not include collection of damage deposits or other optional
services available from the owner. All other fees or services should be listed for
the clarity and convenience of potential clients. All other services or costs will
be collected when the renters are given access to the property and are not the responsibility
of Vallarta Online.
