Photos: Starting with 5 free photos to upload, each with captions to better promote your property.
Map Locator: With our Google Maps function, you can visually indicate the exact location of you property making it easy to locate and choose the best route. Also users can quickly see the location of the property relative to other important destinations; A very useful tool for your first time renters.
Comments and Ranking: Renter feedback adds credibility to the listing and attests the quality of your vacation rental property. This user-based five-star rating can potentially back up higher rental rates.
Real-time Availability Calendar: Renters need to know when your property is available as many plan their trips months in advance and up to a year ahead for peak holiday periods. You have the option of including your own availability calendar and you can update this info anytime from anywhere with no extra cost.

What is the difference between a property administrator user account and a VallartaOnline.com user?

When you create an new user for administrate properties in Condos section, you will be able to use the same username and password for make online purchases in any other section of VallartaOnline. How ever, if you have an user account for VallartaOnline.com, you will have to create a new account for administrate your properties.

What role does VallartaOnline.com play in the renting process?

Basic Plan:

We advertise you property in our website and provide the means of communication for the renter to contact you, after that, you handle any transaction and management of you vacation rental.

Full Service Plan:

Your potential renters will now be reserving your unit(s) from anywhere in the world. This may become a challenge to arrange for pre-payment of rental services and damage deposits. With our Full Service Plan, you can use Vallarta Online’s convenient Online Payment options:
** Bank Deposit in our account at major banks
** Debit card or
** Credit Card.

We then forward payments to your account less our transaction fee.

When will my vacation listing be online?

Our dynamic site is developed to instantly submit upload all your new content as soon as you press SUBMIT. Please Note: Create a one-year basic listing absolutely free until February 29^th, 2008.

How do I get listed?

Click on the Register / Login button at the Condos Homepage, complete our registration form (if you are new user) and click on the Property Management link. This will show you current properties and the New Property button where you enter you property listing.

What if I sometimes use my own property?

No Problem! With our convenient, easy to use availability calendar, simply block out times when you or friends may be using your property.

What is Property Management?

It’s our Self-Administration section. You have a complete control of your listing and the information within it.

Can I modify my listing information?

Yes, You need only log-on to Property Management with your username and password and update any detail of your listing including photos. Our user-friendly management tools allow people with little experience with internet programming to easily edit their listing any time or as many times as you like. Access Property Management from the Condos main page by clicking on the Property Management link.

Hoy can I add photos to my listing?

Log-on to Property Management and click Edit on the listing you wish to modify, or create a new listing. At the Photos tab, click on the New Photo button, browse through to the new photo file, then click on the Upload button, then add a caption in both languages, then click on Save the photo.

How do I manage my rental availability calendar?

Log-on to Property Management and click Edit on the listing you wish to modify. Click on the Unavailable Dates tab, to add or see current unavailable dates. Click on the Unavailable button to add a new range of unavailable dates, then click on the calendar to the right and select the month then click on the first unavailable date of the unavailable period, then click again on the last unavailable date of the period, then type the name of the party or whatever info you wish in the Comment space, then click on Save.

What is the Property Review and Rating feature?

This feature allows previous renters to register their review and with a couple click, give the property a rating from one to five stars. Vallarta Online will manage the comments to ensure they respect Property Review guidelines. Vallarta Online reserves the right to edit or remove any nonconforming comments. Property owners can contact Vallarta Online anytime they have a concern about listed comments.
