This was our first trip to Velas Vallarta and PV. The vacation exceeded our expectations. The sunsets were amazing! The food was great! The facilities were more than adequate. The entertainment and tours left something to be desired. One of the better locations in town and great amenities. Convenient to the airport and easy to get into town. Definitely a place that we will return to in the future.

The Velas Vallarta is an exceptional experience from start to finish!!!! Every single member of the staff is excellent, professional&courteous. They also remember their guests from visit to visit. The events, dining experiences (in both restaurants) are amazing!!! The rooms are well appointed and clean. The spa is stunning!!! The entertainment is very well done, especailly Fiesta Night on Sunday - don't miss it!! They really go above and beyond at the Velas, they know the meaning of customer service! I highly recommend this resort and always will. They are top notch!!!!!!

We have spent time at Velas Vallarta for 6 years in a row and have a wonderful time each year. The people are extraordinarily friendly and the management makes every effort to accommodate special requests.
