la verdad es uno de los mejores hoteles que e conocido!!! la gente que trabaja en el riu jalisco es muy agradable.estoy muy contenta al haber ido a nuevo vallarta y haber llegado al mejor hotel !!! les recomiendo el hotel riu jalisco s e la van a pasar muy bien!!!

exelente restaurantes, los bares manificos. me gustaria que me enviaran promociones para esta temporada navidena

Stayed at the Riu Jalisco twice.



Fantastic place.

we spent our 30th aniversary the last week in aug and the first week in september.we had a fantastic time at the riu jalisco hotel,the staff were great and looked after our every day needs.the rooms were cleaned every day and the fridge was stocked up evey two days.the restaurants were excellent,and a good choice of food for everyones needs.the entertainment was fair.the staff did a great job taking care of everyone.we found that the local people were very freindlyand helpfull to.of course you cannot please everyone all the time ,but as far as we are concerned we could not fault the riu jalisco in anyway,we are definetly going back next year.it was well worth the 11 hour flight.well done.

I have just been reading the reviews form the people that have stayed at this hotel...And it seems to me that you can please some people some of the time but not the whole of the time..



We are coming out next year from the 13th of June for our holiday seven of us...And like to get an in site to what it is like by other peoples comments....To me it seems more are for this hotel than against it..So i am happy with the results from the comments..



This will be our sixth time to Mexico from England...Staying in the hotel Los pal-mas back in 1998... And other hotels in the Mayan riveiare....And we have never found any thing wrong with any of the hotels after reading bad reports...It just seems that sorry to say but not only the American Brits as well...Will always have some thing to moan about a particular place...Room smells bad service a/c not working and about every other compliant they can think about....



I have met loads of Americans and have had great times and many laughs with then...But you will always get your wingers that have some thing to complain about....Yes you do have your party spirit from some people with doors banging..But food fights is a no no as far as i am concern...And it should be up to the hotel management to put there put there foot down and stop bad behaver that does go on in these hotels....



We were in a hotel at Porta Valarta one year back in 98..When a lot of American boys and girls came down after finishing there exams or graduating (one of the two)Think its to do as they have to be over 21 to drink back home....And with one thing and another alcohol got the better of them and in high spirits were very loud at night with singing partying and banging doors..I am not condoning this behaver Brits are as bad as well...But what i am saying is this will always go on....And to think of other guest that are also staying at this hotel and to have respect for other's with young children and familys...After all they are on holiday as well......

Went last September, had a brilliant time! Staff was excellent, cleanliness second to none, everything about the place is class with capital C!
Fantastic Golf course 3min taxi drive, I played 6 times in two weeks, never getting bored with it.

We stayed here in June 07, fantastic hotel!!! Very clean, linen and towels changed daily. Room fully cleaned every day. Food excellent try the Brazilian it’s something you won’t forget!!!
only snag very average shows at night time and repeated more than once during the stay. A little far away to go out of the hotel at night and a cab to the night life costs $40 round trip.
kids club did a fantastic job so parents can have some time alone.
staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The AC broke 2 times and it took 5 phone calls and many hours to get it fixed.
The "24 hour snacks" they boast about are really a refrigerator in one of the 24 hour bars stocked with the buffet leftovers in little plastic containers that you get to heat up yourself in a little microwave that doesn't work.
-They said mini bar was stocked everyother day or when needed, yet when we called to get it restocked and they never came.
-Took 2 hours to get a iron.
The food in the restaurants was good, different types, try the italian.
-they did a great job cleaning the room, and the property was kept very clean.
