We prefer old town as this area is referred to.We are close to the beach, the pier , bus transportation and the street of restaurants as Basilio Badillo is know for. We like the culture, the food , we felt safe in this area. People were very friendly.

Know what you are looking forRated: by R hamshaw from Canada Written 2 years ago | Have stayed there two years running and will stay there again this year. Small and very friendly but also very noisy, so bring ear plugs, but that applies to almost everywhere.
Mexico has hard beds and lumpy pillows, so get over it. If you want to stay at the Holiday Inn go there. If you want something a little more akin to a real spanish/mexican experience, stay here. Roof top pool is fantastic! |
