If a 4/5 star AI is your idea of a great vacation Vallarta Palace PVR will be right up your alley. EVERYTHING was top drawer - except the lunch time snack bar. We would go back in a second.

We stayed Peurto Vallarta the first week and payed half as much as we did here. The food itself was worth the extra but then add decent entertainment (even for breakfast) and way nicer rooms and barely any peddlars, now you have value. Nice place and we took their free tours which were better than some of the ones we paid for earlier. Drinks are fabulous.

I loved every minute of my stay there. The staff was gracious accomodating and happy to indulge you every whim. The food was good, loots of variety between all the locations for ala carete and buffet. Some of the buffet item were just that "buffet items" however each buffet had at least 2 varieties of cook to order items with fresher fare.

Great Staff! Make you feel like royalty.

Amazing Views - CLEAN ROOMS!!!!!!! Staff was Excellent! Great place for family or couple.... we went to the Palace on business with a large group and everyone stayed busy on the property!

We stayed there 11/2005&the brazillan resturant was our favorite! Thanks to Jesus/ or is it Jose(Yikes)! What a WONDERFUL waiter! He went out of his way to make us Happy. Keep in mind that the staff makes less than min wage for the entire day.($5.00 a day)So, yes, it may be all inclusive but TIP! You will see the difference!!
The staff was friendly, the rooms were spottless. From the time we stepped foot in the hotel until the time we left it was top notch.. Okay I would stay away from the itallian resturant... YUCK. lol But, afterall its Mexico not italy.. lol The salon will pamper you also! pedicure, maincure&massage... HEAVEN! This resort puts US resorts to shame! REALLY!!! If you go tell Jesus/Jose hello from Lora&Scott in UT! We will deff. be back because of him! We miss him very much!

Loved it!!! We have very expensive taste and thought that the overall rating of this hotel is top notch a+++++ the Buffet food wasn't the greates but really is buffet food really that great anywhere....especially anywhere in Mexico. The restaurants were great especially the sushi rest.

Stayed in January of 2007 and loved every moment we were there. We came in a group of 140 and everything was well organized from the moment that we stepped on the property. The staff at Vallarta Palace was the friendliest that I have encountered so far. The rooms were very clean and we were provided with anything that our hearts desired. I will return again.

My wife and I spent five nights at Vallarta Palace for our honeymoon. Our experience was wonderful. The room was great, comfortable beds, jacuzzi in our room, spectacular ocean view. The service was the highlight of our stay; the staff was phenomenal, always very responsive and polite. The only downside is the lack of clear blue ocean water as a river empties close by, but that is true for all resorts in that stretch. However, the pools are very clean, never over crowded. Would recommend Vallarta palace anytime!
