Mayan Palace Marina Category 5 stars

i just left a timeshare presentation that i was sucked into by an OPC named Arial in a restaurant called ADRIANOS in BUCERIAS that is full of these timeshare people. they finally sucked me into the presentation while we were eating. he said 90 mins and it was not timeshare. we were promised 400 dollars cash to go through the presentation. NOT TIME SHARE HE SAYS. i have never been treated with such disrespect from that presenation in MAYAN PALACE. we never got our gift and we were insulted at the end of like 5 hours. THINGS ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. BEWARE!

Try to get an ocean view room. While they offer lots of free stuff if you go to their timeshare pitches, you don't have to go. A little ways from town, but near restaurants. Fantastic hotel, super friendly staff.

Very boring and annoying sales people while staying. The beach was dirty and service was lousy. You cant swim the ocean is very dirty like a sewage. Wonder why the have lots of swimming pools hardly see anyone swimming in the ocean. Rated no star.

The hotel is fine but DO NOT TAKE THE TIMESHARE PRESENTATION. If you say "no thanks" after the 90 mintues you are stuck until they have a number of other people talk to you. We threatened to leave and they told us we were being UNRULY and would call the police. Ours is not an isolated incident. Some people have been stuck in these presentations for many HOURS. No matter what you are "promised" for free DO NOT TAKE THIS PRESENTATION.

The best place in the Marina. Go there and relax, go there and play, go there and dine.
