Great PlaceRated: by Elaine from USA Written 3 months ago | My hubby and I stayed here last October and loved it. We are going back in 2 weeks and booked this same hotel. This is a basic hotel so if you are looking for Four Seasons accomodations, you need to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a great location in Old Town, this is the place to be. We have stayed at both other properties linked to this hotel and love them all. The service was great, the food was good, and we cannot wait to go back.
One thing I would like to say is to PLEASE tip your waiter and cleaning ladies. They work hard for their money, let's remember that. |
Favorite Hotel in VallartaRated:by Bronwyn from Canada Written 10 months ago | I haven't been to Puerto Vallarta in several years, but everytime I have been there (5 times) I have stayed at the Los Arcos Suites. I would definately recommend this property to those who enjoy the life of Old Vallarta. It is quaint, and well kept. Having the use of Playa Los Arcos Hotel across the street with beach access is wonderful. The staff are all very friendly and very accommodating. Have always enjoyed my stay at this little hotel, and having the fridge, etc, is a big bonus too. |

The rooms though... not such a fan. We only stayed 1 night - it was fine for 1 night... but my god, i'm SO glad we didn't stay there for the week. The bathroom was nasty. The word "suite" is used kind of freely here. |

I especially enjoy the smaller of number of rooms this property offers as it is not crowed at the pool area and the staff is able to respond quickly to any needs. I will be returning in early December once again and will request a streetside room as I love to watch the hustle and bustle on the streets and a glimpse of the beachfront just a block away. |
