Always, Always, buy bottled water. Even then don't drink to much of that either. We brought medicine with us and took one each day just in case of adverse effects from foods. Beef just doesn't taste like beef there. Even at the Holiday Inn Grill Out. Other than that, we learned to love cilantro, LOVE Tequila! This hotel has a fabulous location, right on the beach. It's wonderful to sit on the sand in the evening and listen to the ocean, salsa music, and drink Margueritas..... TERRIFIC! I'd recommend this location to anyone. Mickey Rose

my two girlfriends and i just got back a week ago from the las palmas and are already trying to plan our next trip back. we had a fabulous time. we were unsure what to expect from the hotel but were pleasantly suprised with the cleanlyness, helpfull stafe and the resort in general. The food was good, props to the sandwhich lady. entertainment was also good, there was a differnt club planned every night by the resort. Hugo, the party planner you were awsome made our trip more enjoyable

I had a great stay at this resort. the severs were so awsome and the beach was amazing. Roman was one of the servers he was totally awsome. I really enjoyed this resort and recomend it to others.

my girlfriend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in october so much so we are going back at the end of january. the food i thought was excellent. the staff was superb without being obnoxious. the bar staff was most accommodating

Our family spent the last week of Nov. first week of Dec. at Las Palmas and thoroughly enjoyed it there. We would definately go again. It is a great resort and the staff, expecially the servers, were amazing.

There is food for anyone’s choice of diet or appetite. The rooms are perfect, and this place is cosy, warm as well as exotic; a rare combination. As far as the beach, I am pretty diabled, can’t walk far, etc... And this location was PERFECT! The beach bar was literally steps from the ocean, no slope, PERFECT BEACH LOCATION! At all times, I could swim in the ocean with no problems with my knees, and security was available 24/7. They also have truly unique, diverse and wonderful entertainment nightly. I LOVE this place! that’s it, I am booking right now, gotta go....

We enjoyed our stay very much. Food very good . We liked that one pool was adult only. The service was excellent and staff very friendly. Rooms very clean but the bed a little hard. Love the view of the ocean. I do recomment this hotel.. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and wonderful..

I definitely would not go back there. I found the food wasn’t very good and for the 7 days we were there the entertainment was good for 2 shows and that was it, there wasn’t any activities, the beds and pillows were rock hard, and if you wanted a drink after 11pm you had to pay for it, so much for all inclusive. The only good thing was the staff in the buffets and bars. You couldn’t ask for better people or better service. That is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel a lot. The only things that were maybe negative was the birds, b/c you have people traveling from other countries with lack of sleep and the birds early in the morning are not always enjoyable. Other small things were no remotes for the TV’s which is kind an inconvenient. The mattresses were quite hard too. Last thing was the front desk people were not very nice to work with, they kind did their own thing without knowing what’s going on with other employees in the hotel and they never smiled and showed their appreciation for customers. But my family loved the hotel and the staff that we dealt with daily was great. Location is so nice too!

I TRAVELED TO LAS PALMAS WITH MY EXTENDED FAMILY (A PARTY OF 12) AND ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY. ACTIVITIES AND STAFF SERVICE TRULY SATISFIED ALL AGES IN OUR PARTY. THE STAFF MADE OUR FAMILY FEEL A PART OF YOUR FAMILY. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS SO COMFORTABLE&PEACEFUL THAT A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP CAME EASY! OUR FAMILY IS SURE TO RETURN MANY TIMES TO LAS PALMAS, AS SOME MEMBERS HAVE ALREADY BEGUN.
