Good news, good friendly service, nice, clean room with a view, always made up.

Bad news, food; same, recycled, after two and a half days we had to dine out. Spa, went there once, to take a shower, no soap and a shower smelled of urine, towels were old and hard.

The worst, I booked this hotel because it says it has a tennis court, well it does but it's under repair, no net. Drinks? Sol beer, tried one Margarita, let's say the bar did not loose any money on me.

Everything in the hotel was excellent. The only thig I would suggest is the food needs to be warmer. I was good, but barely warm. We have stayed in this hotel before, when it was under a different name, and the food is better. The staff in the hotel was excellent. Always friendly and welling to help if you needed anything.

I went with two friends to this hotel last May and we had a great time! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing!! They put up with all of our antics and even allowed us to flip our own quesadillas in the restaurant during the wee hours of the morning when we returned from a night out. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short cab ride or bus ride from downtown and walmart, and there is a bank and pleanty of food places right across the street if you get tired of the food at the hotel. It is right on the beach, which is nice as the pool is on the small side and can become very crowded quickly.

The view from our room (10th Floor) was incredible. The service from all the staff were incredible, Sergio he is the man. I would say the food was a bit to be desired very bland and the menu never changed. The activities well we did not see much, there were always under their umbrella catching up on their tans listening to music. The location was perfect central to everything $4 pesos in a taxi to the malecon. All in all not bad. I would go back in a heart beat. I was sad to have to get back on the plane...
