Hacienda Hotel and Spa Category 4 stars

my daughters and I just returned, did a one week, all inclusive and had a fabulous time. The rooms are clean, the staff is exceptional and we did the all inclusive.The food gets boring after a few days, but there are tons of fabulous restaurants outside the resort to break it up a little. Easily ate and drank our moneys worth and had a blast. We were treated like royalty. Avoid the water unless it is bottled, other than that, great hotel, exceptional staff and service. Can't wait to go back again in spring.

We came back from Puerta Valliarta a few months ago and we stayed at the Hacienda. The hotel was okay, the rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday. The pool was great and always nice to go in after the beach. If you were the all iclusive pack it was awesome. They had a bar that you could go to, either swim in and there was a bar where you ate. The food was greasy and gross and you probably wouldnt want to be eating it for more than a few days and then you get tired of it, the same things are put out each night.

The hotel was a block from the beach, maybe less. We loved it there. Many things to do there and there is a beach club belonging to the hotel that you can sit in and eat all you want. GREAT SERVICE! We are going to Puerta Valliarta again in a week but we are not staying at this hotel. I DO RECCOMEND IT THOUGH.... it was a great stay and everyone treated us very well.

My sister and I spent two weeks in this hotel and we are undoubtedly going back next year! The rooms were in good clean condition, the food was great, we were in wlking distance of the Marina and the staff was absolutely amazing I cannot stress this enough, really great people! I would go back in a heartbeat.

I would tell all our friend to visit here.Our 1rst year we came here by ourselfs then the next we brought another couple this year we wanted to bring about 8 couples didn't find right dates for everyone. But we will be back. Hi Jose the bartender.
