DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!

We just returned from this place and let me tell you I have been to 4 and 5 stars all inclusive resort and also 1 3 star and this place is not even a 1 star.

Here how I would spell it out.
Staff- Not one bit helpful
Food - Could not eat had to eat elsewhere
Beach- terrible especially as there are some nice beaches away from town
Rooms - okay but run down / 20 year old towels

What would I rate it out of 10 lets say - 8.

Do not go to this place. You can find much better places down there.

What an unbelievably, ridiculous charade of a semi-disgusting obnoxious rip-off- need i say more- probably not but i will- DIRTY , RUN DOWN, NOISY, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF(FRONT DESK), CRAPPY ROOM (and no attempt to provide up-grade requests),HOMOPHOBIC- SAME OLD FOOD EVERYDAY-- DIRTY BEACH- OLD HOLEY TOWELS, WATERED-DOWN DRINKS-OBNOXIOUS KARAOKE HOSTS: MADE SEXIST REMARKS- WERE TRYING TO BE COOL BUT WERE JUST ANNOYING- PATHETIC

DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR-- DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE- IT WILL RUIN YOUR HARD-EARNED VACATION
I SENT A MESSAGE TO MY TRAVEL AGENCY TO TELL THEM ABOUT THIS FIASCO- THEY DIDN'T RESPOND- WHAT A SURPRISE!!

Just returned and we had lots of fun. Canadian hotel away from Canada.. Hotel needs upgrading but very clean. We spent the extra for an ocean view. It was well worth it. Slept every night with sliding door wide open. (Ocean is very loud ) However, Tequila brain muffles it. Beach isn't great however we're not a beach people. Food was good but the same every day. I concur with the omelettes...Awesome.... We didn't have any security concerns. People very friendly, however most are trying to sell you something. Be aware....90% are timeshare people...They make $600 US per presentation so get a great deal to sit through one. 90 minutes mexican time is 4 hours Canadian.
