The hotel manager was terrible, and would not help remedy any of our issues. I will never stay here again.

We stayed at Fiesta Americana and were very impressed with the hotel service and location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our room had a great ocean view with a nice balcony. We only ate at the hotel for breakfast and a few snacks by the pool, but the food was good. We plan on going back in a few months.

Just returned from an excellent week at the Fiesta Americana. Service was superb in all areas. A really well managed and run facility. Staff were always helpful and cheerful. My wife is in the hotel business and was forever envious of the service, which she wished her 4 Star Hotel could only hope to match. We only ate one full evening meal in the hotel, a very adequate buffet at a very reasonable price after we opted for the Club Room half board option that provided us the opportunity to sample the town's numerous great restaurants.
