This hotel is old and outdated, the pool, the rooms are ok only if you have a balcony, the service is average, especially reception, the food is very bad, no choice and low quality(compare to the 12 other hotel I've been in mexico), the buffet place is awful, it looks like a bingo place and the night shows are the worst ever.

the nolitour girl was very nice with a good spirit and very helpful

The people there are really nice especially Roberto the guy at the Italian Food Restaurant. The buffet food wasn't great but it was a nice place to go.

The place was great, and people are very nice specially your employee Paloma, she was a sweetheart and very professional. The trip that she recommend us was just perfect. I would highly recommend this place, the food was just great and the service was just perfect.

Nope... never again!!

I am an 18 year old Canadian girl. I dont have money to burn. Costa club was a great place at a great price! For people my age they always have a bunch of people every night going out to the clubs and that was nice if you don't know the aira! I'm maybe one of the most pick eaters also. The buffet was great everything from AMAZING fresh fruit (that i LIVED ON!!) to different kinds of meats!! Any how I just thought I'd say Its not a first class hotel but if you want to have alot of fun and meet some GREAT people you have to go to Costa Club at least once (I'm going again in 2 months :P)

Avoid Costa Club

We stayed at the Costa Club in December 2005. The staff is rude and the facility is poorly maintained. We asked the reception desk for a 7am wakeup call (there is no alarm clock in the room) and they never called the next morning. Good thing we woke up early that day to catch the boat tour. The next day we planned to sleep late and sure enough they called at 7am. The food is poor, you're better off going to the nearby supermarket or downtown restaurants. The swimming pool is small and crowded. There is no ocean view, due to a tall hotel building shell between the Costa Club and the beach. The construction site looked abandoned and we did not see any workers the whole week.

Very fun!

My family spent our march break at the costa club and we had an amazing time! we met people and there were alot of activaties. the food was alright and the location was about 15 minut walk from downtown. the hotel is on a nice beach. the bar closes at 10:00 pm though.... overall we had the best experiance their! i would reccomend for ages 8-50
